Privacy Policy

The short version

Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. When you type a birthdate, an income, a loan balance, or anything else into a calculator, that value is never sent to a server and never stored anywhere. Close the tab and it's gone. QuickAges does use Google Analytics to understand which pages get visited, and may show ads through Google AdSense, both of which are covered in detail below.

Information we collect

QuickAges does not require an account, a login, or any personal information to use a calculator. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any of the values you type into a calculator's inputs. The only data collected is standard site-analytics data described in the next section.

Analytics

QuickAges uses Google Analytics (GA4) to see aggregate information such as which pages are visited, how long people stay, what device or browser they're using, and roughly what country traffic comes from. This data is not tied to your calculator inputs and is not used to identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies and advertising

QuickAges participates in the Google AdSense program, which may display ads on this site. Google and its advertising partners use cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this or other websites. This is sometimes called "interest-based advertising." These third-party vendors' use of cookies enables them to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies entirely through their settings, though doing so may affect how some pages on this site (and others) behave.

Some pages may link out to third-party sites, tools, or resources mentioned in a calculator's explanation. QuickAges is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any site it links to. Visiting those sites is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one.

Children's privacy

QuickAges is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, contact us using the details below and it will be addressed.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the site adds features or as advertising and analytics providers change their own requirements. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
