About QuickAges

A free directory of small, fast calculators for everyday questions, built to load quickly, work without an account, and get out of your way.

What QuickAges is

QuickAges is a growing collection of single-purpose calculators, things like figuring out your exact age, what a road trip will cost in gas, or how much paint a room needs. Each one is a standalone page built to answer one specific question well, rather than one giant tool trying to do everything. There's no account to create and no app to download, you land on a page, get your answer, and leave.

How we build and check our calculators

Every calculator is built around a plain, checkable formula, the kind you could work out by hand given enough time. Where a calculator touches an established standard, like fuel efficiency math, standard paint coverage rates, or sleep-cycle research, we base it on the generally accepted version of that guidance rather than inventing our own numbers. A few of the calculators are explicitly labeled as just for fun, those still run on a consistent internal formula so results are repeatable, but they're built to entertain rather than to inform a real decision, and we say so directly on those pages.

Your privacy

Every calculation on QuickAges runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into a calculator, your birthdate, your income, your spending habits, is sent to a server or stored anywhere. Close the tab and it's gone. We do use Google Analytics to see which pages get used, and Google AdSense to show ads that help cover hosting, but neither of those has access to what you actually enter into a calculator.

New calculators, added regularly

QuickAges started small and keeps growing. If a calculator you'd expect to find here is missing, there's a good chance it's already on the list to build next.
